Congress President Visit Bahrain said,“Serious Problem at Home and You are the Part of the solution ”.

Rahul Gandhi gives his first speech in Bahrain at The Global Organization of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO) after becoming President of Indian National Congress in December 2017.

Rahul Gandhi tweeted before his trip, "NRIs are the true representatives of our soft power and the brand ambassadors of our nation across the globe. Looking forward to meeting and addressing fellow countrymen in Bahrain tomorrow ".

 At GOPIO, He speaks about the two main problems of Country like Unemployment and Rise in the forces of hatred and division.He appreciates the joint efforts of Indian and Bahrain people to build Bahrain and said “We are very proud of it”. He also tells the importance of NRIs for building India by saying that “our greatest leaders, whether it is Mahatma Gandhi Ji, whether it is Jawaharlal Nehru Ji, whether it is Mr. Ambedkar, all of them were once NRIs, all of them were once what you are.”

On Unemployment, he said Job creation in India this year is the all-time low in last eight years.Indian government fails to provide the jobs for youth. China produces 50,000 jobs every 24 hours. India currently produces 400 jobs in the same amount of time. What China is doing in 2 days, Indian is doing in 1 year in job creation, he added. Government 's arbitrary decisions like Demonetisation are hitting  Indian Economy, the new investments are the lowest they have been in 13 years, bank credit growth has sunk to 63 year low.

While Talking about Rise in forces of hatred and division he said “ The starting point is what is in your heart, 'neeyat'. I cannot even think an India where all our people do not feel part of India. So the starting point is that you believe that everybody, regardless of religion or status, is Indian now, when there is violence or somebody is threatened, there is a silence. There should not be silenced, the government should make its position clear.

He also answers the question asked by NRI community. There he promised, “we will give you a new shining Congress” and also added "I assure you that Congress has the power to defeat BJP in 2019 elections” while answering to a question. He tells about the Gujrat election and said Congress had been on the ground in Gujarat for a long time. We continue our struggles. Gujarat is the BJP bastion. Wahan BJP bachke nikli hai. Congress defeat the BJP morally and breaks their stronghold.

Later he promised that he and Congress will do their best for NRI community and will organize some other tours to foreign countries to talk with Indians present their.

At the press conference, Union Minister of Law  Ravi Shankar Prasad said the Congress President is spreading the hateness in the foreign country as he did in India. On Government, Law Minister said, Because of the economic reforms have taken by the Modi Government the UK journal the Economist has flagged India as the country that will do very well in the next two years. Answering to the Rahul Gandhi’s allegation on Modi Government for not creating enough jobs for youth Minister said, Citing Mudra loans are given to tens millions of people, road construction has risen and the opening of call centers in tier two cities which led to job creation.

Congress rise question on PM Modi’s assertion at the PIO parliamentarian conference that India had received 60 Billion Dollar investment in 2016-2017.Congress Leader and Spokesman Raj Babbar said, “It is a mind-boggling detail given out by PM Modi in his address. It defies Credibility.”
